Andréhn-Schiptjenko, Paris, France, 2022
Consisting of a series of paintings made during 2021-2022 utilizing the early AI image generation technology.
A prompt, later the title of each work, was used to batch create hundreds of AI images in google colab. Out of the images generated, I selected around 50 and printed them on drawing paper at a very high opacity. Then reworking them using graphite and eventually making them into large scale oils based on my drawings. I wanted to use the AI slop as a way to view the figurative image another way and find new pathways. At a time where everyone was worried how AI would kill the image, it felt necessary to approach the technology as creative way where I could view it more as an assistant than a threat.

Web-app. Pictures walking. Works best on desktop or horizontal phone. From MoMas collection of paintings. I made it to look at the classics from time to time. Will probably add/remove/change what is in the pictures further on. Have some kind of obtuse future plan. Go fullscreen!

A software thing made during Christmas 2025.
“Falling”, Unity webGL project, continuous duration
A figure is falling continuously. You can decide to have the figure hit the ground, and let the figure keep falling. Works best on desktop. All content by me.
If you have problem on mobile and want to have the figure keep falling and not hit a new floor. Simply push and hold either side of the screen then drag all the way to the other side to make the figure continue fałling endlessly. You can also tilt the screen sideways to make this easier.

Work from 2021 for Market Art Fair in stockholm that year. The sculptures are small, except for the turquaise figure holding a round box, and made in pigmented acrylic plaster.Paintings are oil, 120×90 cm each.
Medium sized paper works from 2018 (as well as late 2017). All oil on paper.
Works on paper from 2018 in the size 40×30 cm. These I started making after a long period of collages and where some early experiments in figuring out what kind of paintings I could be making. Oil and oil crayon on paper.

2024 portfolio put together by my dear Stockholm/Paris gallery Andréhn-Schiptjenko. This is my most comprehensive portfolio. Containing multiple exhibition documentations, press clips, texts, etc.

This is the PDF portfolio presentation of my time at the Mack Art Foundation 2024/25. It shows most of my paintings, and some of my drawing in the background, from my time over in NYC.
